Welcome to the Collaborative Law Association of Southwest Pennsylvania

CLASP is an association of professionals who are trained in the Collaborative Process, which helps clients to resolve disputes respectfully without going to court.

The Collaborative Process focuses on the needs and goals of the clients and the preservation of relationships among family members or business associates.

The Collaborative Process can be used to negotiate and resolve the following:

  • Divorce including Custody, Support, Alimony and Allocation of Marital Property
  • Prenuptial and Post Nuptial Agreements
  • Wills and Estates
  • Guardianships and other Elder Law issues
  • Civil matters such as Employment, Real Estate and Construction
  • Business Formation and Dissolution
